UMaine Singers, Thursday,

Housing has been arranged
for all UMaine singers.
|
Jean Johnson will house the
last 12 students at her cottages at OOB.
|
|
Ideas about free-will offering
and canned food donations.
|
Al and Mary Sicard will be
in charge of donation baskets for free-will offering.
|
|
Meal for singers
|
Sue Burgess and helpers
will prepare the 5:30 evening meal for the singers. Menu to be determined.
|

Letter to Mary Johnson
|
David sent a letter to Mary
Johnson thanking her and Bill for their support of the UMaine singers and for
providing each singer with a boutonniere.
|
|
Advertising for the event
|
Al Sicard will contact the
Journal Tribune, place social media posts and contact the Fire Station and
Train Station to advertise on their electronic bulletin boards.
|
|

Folks for food prep
Set up for dining room
Clean up
Prep of chancel

Phil Blood, a member of the
Top of the Hill Gang, said they will set up the dining room and prepare the
chancel
|

Intermission: is there time
for selling snacks and water?
|
Jacqui Savage will check with
the concert leaders to find out if there is enough time to have a snack
intermission. If there is, Jennifer
Poore said she would be responsible for intermission snacks.

Who will introduce the
singers?
|
Jacqui said she would
introduce the singers, thank the host families and thank Sue Burgress and the
kitchen crew for feeding everyone.
